Qualification & Experience Review

The OSHA Digital team will review the applicant's qualifications, professional experience, subject knowledge, and training background.

Applicants may be asked to provide copies of certificates, professional memberships, CVs, or other evidence supporting their application.

The review helps ensure that tutors have appropriate knowledge and experience to deliver the selected courses effectively.

Tutor Verification

OSHA Digital may verify submitted qualifications, professional credentials, employment or training experience, and other relevant information provided during the application process.

Where additional clarification or evidence is required, the applicant will be contacted by the approval team.

Training & Quality Requirements

Successful applicants must understand and agree to the OSHA Digital Tutor Requirements, including requirements relating to:

Tutors are expected to deliver training professionally and in accordance with the requirements applicable to the courses they are approved to teach.

Following the review, OSHA Digital will make an approval decision based on the information and supporting evidence submitted.

Where appropriate, applicants may be informed of areas requiring improvement before reapplying.

Approved Tutor Onboarding

Once approved, the tutor will receive the relevant OSHA Digital Approved Tutor information and onboarding guidance.

Tutors will receive information regarding:

• Approved courses
• Course delivery requirements
• Learner registration
• Assessment and examination procedures, where applicable
• Certification arrangements
• Quality assurance requirements

Begin Delivering OSHA Digital Courses

After completing the approval and onboarding process, the Approved Tutor may begin delivering the courses for which they have been authorised.

Tutors must only advertise and deliver courses within the scope of their approval and must follow the current OSHA Digital requirements.
