COURSE INTRODUCTION

About This Programme

The Scaffolding Inspector Course is designed to provide learners with the knowledge and practical understanding required to inspect scaffold structures safely and effectively. Based on OSHA CFR 29, 1926 Subpart L, the programme covers scaffold terminology, different scaffold types, tagging systems, inspection requirements, and safe working practices.

The training also introduces the legal and technical requirements associated with the provision and use of scaffolding. Participants will learn about scaffold components, erection standards, access arrangements, stability, protection of workers and the public, inspection procedures, and appropriate documentation. Practical activities help learners develop the confidence required to inspect, use, erect, modify, and dismantle scaffold structures in accordance with recognised safety principles.
