COURSE INTRODUCTION

About This Programme

Advanced Project Management provides professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to plan, coordinate, execute, and control complex projects effectively. The course explores advanced project management principles, organisational frameworks, strategic alignment, risk management, resource planning, stakeholder engagement, and performance monitoring.

Organisational project management brings together projects, programmes, portfolios, people, processes, and supporting systems to help organisations achieve strategic objectives and improve business performance. Understanding how these elements interact enables project professionals to make informed decisions and manage projects more effectively.

This Advanced Project Management Certification course by OSHAS is designed to strengthen your understanding of advanced project management practices and prepare you for more demanding project responsibilities. It also supports professionals preparing for the Project Management Professional (PMP) examination by developing practical knowledge in project planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
