The examination consists of multiple-choice questions selected from the course question bank and is designed to assess understanding of the risk assessment principles covered during the programme.

Pattern:

  • The examination is open book and has a time limit of 2 hours.
  • A minimum score of 65% is required to achieve a pass.
  • Learners may retake the assessment if they are unsuccessful.
  • A maximum of three attempts is permitted within a 48-hour period.
  • After three unsuccessful attempts, learners must wait 48 hours before trying again and should use the time to review the training material.
  • Once the examination has been passed, it cannot be retaken simply to improve the score.
  • No separate comprehensive programme examination is currently provided; successful completion of the required course examinations completes the programme.
